Terms of use for wasilatech.net and Wasila Tech services

By using wasilatech.net or contacting us to request services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you act on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms. If you do not agree to any provision, please do not use the site or our services. These terms may be supplemented by a separate written service contract or agreement for each project.
Wasila Tech, through Al-Mustaqbal Al-Waed for Programming Est., provides software development and digital solution services, including but not limited to: website development, mobile applications (iOS and Android), web applications and SaaS platforms, user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design, technical consulting, and post-launch maintenance and support. A detailed description of each project is provided in a separate quote or service contract. Content published on the site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer without a written agreement.
We commit to delivering projects according to specifications agreed in the contract or quote, using recognized professional practices in the software industry. Scope of work is clearly defined before commencement; any additional requests outside scope are subject to separate agreement and may affect timeline and cost. The client must provide content, approvals, and necessary information in a timely manner; delays may affect delivery dates. We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with law or professional ethics.
All content on wasilatech.net — text, designs, logo, images — is owned by or licensed to Wasila Tech, and copying, republishing, or use without written permission is prohibited. For client projects: ownership of final deliverables (code, designs, custom content) transfers to the client upon receipt of full agreed payment, unless otherwise stated in the contract. We retain rights to general components, open-source libraries, and internal tools. We may showcase the project in our portfolio unless explicit confidentiality is agreed.
Prices are provided in written quotes valid for the period specified. Payments may be staged (deposit, milestones, upon delivery) as agreed. All prices are in Jordanian Dinars unless otherwise stated. Late payment may result in work suspension or late fees. We do not begin work on paid projects before receiving the agreed initial deposit. Third-party costs (hosting, domain, APIs, app stores) are borne by the client unless included by agreement.
We warrant that deliverables function according to agreed specifications at the delivery date. We provide a free warranty period for software bugs for 30 days from final delivery, unless a longer period is agreed in the contract. The warranty does not cover: client-requested changes, issues caused by hosting or environments outside our control, or misuse. Maintenance and updates after the warranty period are provided under a separate support agreement.
We strive for accuracy in information published on the site but do not guarantee it is error-free or complete. The site is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by Jordanian law, Wasila Tech is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profits or data arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amounts actually paid to us under the relevant contract.
We treat your project information and business data with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose client project details, source code, or user data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Our team commits not to use your information for competitive purposes. We apply reasonable security practices to protect data during development and delivery. Either party may terminate a service contract with written notice according to terms agreed in the contract. Upon termination: the client is entitled to completed deliverables up to the termination date for due payments, and any prepayment for unperformed work is refunded (if applicable). We reserve the right to terminate cooperation immediately in case of client breach of law, these terms, or material payment delay. Provisions on intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We prefer to resolve any dispute amicably through direct negotiation. If that is not possible, the courts of Aqaba or competent Jordanian courts have jurisdiction. The Arabic version is the reference in case of conflict between Arabic and English versions of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For ongoing projects, the terms agreed in the written contract apply unless otherwise agreed.
